Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the HumAIpair platform ("the Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
HumAIpair lets organizations pair employees with governed AI counterparts: role blueprints, autonomy modes, policy envelopes, approval workflows, and audit trails. Features may change as the platform evolves.
2. Accounts
Access is provisioned by your organization through the shared OTROTL single sign-on. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Your organization's administrators control your role and what data you can access.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful workforce-management purposes authorized by your organization.
- Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, role permissions, approval gates, or rate limits.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. AI counterparts and human oversight
AI counterparts operate within the autonomy mode and policy envelope your organization configures. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output and for decisions made using the Service. The autonomy ladder and approval gates are controls, not a substitute for professional judgment.
5. Data
Your organization owns the workforce data it enters. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend access that violates these terms. Your organization may terminate its use of the Service at any time; deletion requests propagate from the central identity provider.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
