Privacy Policy
HumAIpair ("we", "us") is a workforce-enablement platform that pairs employees with governed AI counterparts. This policy describes what personal data the service handles and how.
Data we collect
- Account & sign-in data. Sign-in uses the shared OTROTL single sign-on. We receive your name, work email address, and role assignments from the identity provider. We do not store passwords on this site.
- Workforce records. Organizations using HumAIpair store operational records — employee profiles, role blueprints, human–AI pair configurations, work items, approvals, and audit trails. This data is entered and controlled by your organization's administrators.
- Contact & inquiry forms. If you submit the ROI-estimate or investor contact forms, we collect the details you provide (name, email, firm/company, message) and deliver them by email to the site operator.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability. Public forms are rate-limited per IP address.
Cookies
- session — keeps you signed in (essential, HTTP-only).
- csrf_token — protects forms against cross-site request forgery (essential).
- Consent preferences — remembers your cookie choices in your browser.
We do not run third-party advertising cookies. Optional analytics run only if you consent via the cookie banner.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, scoping what you can see by tenant and role, enforcing approval workflows, keeping audit trails, and responding to inquiries you send us. We do not sell personal data.
Tenant isolation & security
Each organization's data is segregated by tenant identifier and enforced with database row-level security. State-changing requests require CSRF protection; transport is encrypted in production (HTTPS).
Retention & deletion
Workforce records are retained while your organization's account is active, subject to your organization's policies. Account-deletion requests propagate from the central identity provider and remove associated personal data on this site.
